I need some healthy low calorie snack in the house. I wanna snack but without the calories and something that wont break my bank. I get my stamps in a few days. Hmm.

There's not really such a thing as healthy snacking. You need to give your digestive/metabolic system, and especially pancreas and fat cells, periods of rest so they can return to a low baseline. Any eating will result in a release of insulin, which signals cells (especially fat cells) to store rather than release energy. Even if it's low-calorie or low-carbohydrate — the very act of chewing gets your digestive processes going, noticeably salivation and unnoticeably insulin and other hormones.
If you feel hungry between set mealtimes, try having a big glass of water or some plain tea or coffee. Because we get a large portion of our water requirements from food, feelings of hunger and thirst can get mixed up.
Also, hunger tends to come and go on its own anyway; you're actually more likely to feel hungry again soon if you eat a small amount of something which isn't actually an adequate meal.

I usually just have one big meal and snack through the day. However I count calories to try not to overeat. It's work for weight loss so far. I weighed myself the other day and I'm down to 147 lbs.
