Re: What made your day / made you smile today?

16k steps taken, two days off work coming up, and met a friend I haven't seen in ages for drinks and a meal.
All in all, not a bad day to be honest.

Next up, scrambled egg!
Oh I can already make scrambled eggs.
They're not great scrambled eggs because I can't seem to get the texture entirely spot on, but I can make them and they taste fine and go very well on toast.

That's freaking awesome. I'm also trying to lose weight too but not quite sure if it's the healthy way. But congratulation on the weight loss. I know when I lost the weight it was easier to do physical activities and has made me feel better physically.

I used a food app to keep track of what I was eating as well as the exercise. This way I could keep within the BMR while keeping healthy protein and vitamin levels.

Brenden's been down the bookies again, spending the rent money on the horses. Shame him.
Wait... do you actually work in a bookies, or is this something that I've just pulled out of nowhere?
Severelius wrote:No I do actually work in a bookies. I've mentioned it a fair few times, usually in relation to how much it sucks more than me after a couple of drinks.

Any chance of being able to go to work stoned? Literally everybody who worked in the kitchen at McDonalds was perma-stoned when I worked there, and it apparently improved the job quite dramatically.
