I don't care about cut or uncut. Cut is good to get right down to business, uncut has more skin for you to play with during a blowjob. Both can be varying degrees of beautiful or strange (some circumcision scars throw me off, to be honest).

Cut or uncut, I'm not fussed. I like them girthy for bottoming, no more than 7 inches long I guess. More than that and it hurts too much. For when I top or for visual excitement when I blow a guy, a nice long one is definately a plus.

When it comes to circumcised dicks, are you talking about the ones that look like from the scar up have a completely different colour?

I've only experienced two, both about 7" I think.
One uncut, one cut.
Uncut kinda seems both objectively and subjectively a little better to me in general, but that doesn't mean I can't love or have a lot of fun with a cut one.
But more importantly, I happen to love the guys attached to both of them and I feel very lucky with both their equipment.

Having said that, I do vividly remember the looks of horror on my classmates' faces when, at our Christian primary school in the Netherlands, we learned that circumcision was a thing back in Jewish times. We learned that it was practised before the time of Jesus. I'm sure my teacher had no idea either. I don't think it's a generally well-known fact in Europe.

Yeah, that's what I mean. It throws me off a bit. It's not a deal-breaker by far and I've seen bicolored dicks that really enticed me for miles, but if you ask me to check a box, I'd rather not. Uncut dicks are better on that front.
