Would you agree to have sex with a guy that is straight but willing to have fun with men?

Yes.

And I have in the past. Multiple times.

How is that different from just having sex with a bisexual guy?

I don't think I would. There are enough gay or bi men around.

I’m happy to play with anyone that is versatile and not conflicted about their sexual desires.
Most straight guys fail on both of those.

I would, but then he would no longer be straight.

I have heard a lot of gay guys that have the straight man fantasy, but it is just physically impossible. If a guy is willing to take a man's penis in his mouth and/or ass, or put his penis in another man's ass, then he is not straight. It is simply impossible for a straight guy to have sex with a man. If a guy is truly straight, then he will not have sex with a man, due to the fact that he is not attracted to men. That is the definition of "straight". It doesn't make any sense to me.

How can the guy still be straight if they want to ‘have fun’ with other men? It sounds to me that this ‘straight’ guy wants to have their cake and eat it too when it comes to the straight label. :P

What happens? He's about to stick it in and an air bag pops out?

“Impossible” is an absurd claim. Just because straight men are not aroused by other men doesn’t mean they can’t perform sexually on another. Just as you don’t need to be sexually around by your hand or a Fleshlight, a straight guy can be aroused independently and perform sexually on a guy in much the same way. It’s my suspicion that it’ll be easier for the straight to maintain his erection if you remove some of the physical textures that turn men off, such as body hair and overly defined muscles.

There've been enough gay men getting it on with women and even making babies pretending to be straight, haven't there? :P

A guy can be straight and still be able to just enjoy the feeling of a talented mouth, for example.

I think it's so stupid that people think they know the full extent of everyone's boundaries. To use a buzzword, no one tries to gatekeep homosexuality when it's a gay guy who fucks a woman out of, say, boredom, desperation, or confusion. It's really not that hard to put your penis in someone, and there are many reasons outside of Platonically ideal lust for a Platonically ideal gender that someone might try it. Straight-identifying men get the worst of this attitude. When it comes from other straight people, it's because they mistakenly believe it makes them straighter to exclude others from the club. But it's worse when it comes from gay people because they just have a psychological need to believe the porn they watch is real, which is just... so, so pathetic.

There are many closet-cases out there, but there may be just as many people who are drawn by whim or by circumstance to a more freewheeling sexual expression, and it's not fair or necessary to saddle them with this kind of conceited stricture. If we can't get past this point, then the sexual revolution still has a long way to go.

In an ideal world anyone should be free to put their penis into a willing recipient of any gender without being judged or having other people try and force them into any kind of pre-conceived notion of what their sexuality must be.

If a straight guy wants to test the theory that gay guys might give better head than women, or might want to try anal but be unable to find a woman who is willing to indulge him that experience, they should be able to partake without societal judgement. Society in general is way more hardline "no, that's wrong" about sexual experimentation among men than it is among women and it's an annoying double standard.

I mean I identify as gay but I've never ruled out the idea that maybe some day I might end up having sex with a woman. That doesn't, in my eyes, make my identity as a gay man any less valid. Nor does my thinking that I might be up for having sex with a trans man who still has female downstairs equipment, though some people would use that to try and invalidate or redefine my sexuality to fit with their notions of what I must be for having these thoughts.

Of course at the same time there’s this silly idea that sexuality is so malleable that orientations themselves are antiquated relics. The same straight, progressive, female friends of mine who think that the enlightened state of being is a sexuality that is untethered to biology and gender are the same one’s who will bewilderingly tell me that their threesome with this one gay male couple didn’t go as planned because they kept being ignored. I have to pretend to be surprised out of politeness.

There are a lot of silly gay guys out there. Just look at all the ones standing outside the courthouse today yelling “free Britney!” while crying and fainting.

I reject the idea that these are counterpoints to each other. What straight women do and think has nothing to do with anything, and bringing them up at all is constitutive of gaslighting.

Gaslighting? How?

I don’t see what’s controversial in what I said. The point I’m making is that each of these extreme views are silly. That is, it’s both possible for anyone to sex anyone else and that this possibility doesn’t somehow mean we can transcend orientation. I wasn’t saying that you were suggesting the latter.
